PICK-YOUR-OWN RULES

• Check in at the Farm Store upon arrival at Star Farm

• Wear a mask or face covering whenever you are near employees or other pickers and always practice social distancing

• Pick only in designated areas

• Sampling a few berries is okay, but eating a lot of them is unacceptable

• If you drop berries on the ground, please make every effort to pick it up and purchase it so that no fruit is wasted

• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times

• Dispose of trash in receptacle located in the Farm Store

• No smoking on the property

• No dogs or backpacks allowed in the field

• Star Farm reserves the right to remove guests from our field at any time

PICK-YOUR-OWN TIPS

• Wear appropriate clothing for the weather, and remember sunscreen and water—it gets hot out there!

• Pick berries that are ripe and blue all the way around

• Pick one berry at a time

• Place your container under the bush to catch falling berries

• Look high, low and deep for hidden berries

• Pick all the ripe berries from one bush before moving on to the next one

• Most importantly: Have fun!
